Full Service Planning - This service is for the bride that has some of her wedding day planned [or at least decided on] but needs help getting the vision streamlined. We work together to find and hire your professional wedding vendors and work with your vendors to develop design + decor ideas to bring your wedding vision to life. We will help negotiate vendor contracts and make sure you are using your budget wisely. Plus so much more... - $6,000 - customizable
Two Month Planning Package - This package includes 2 planning meetings (First meeting is 2 months before wedding + the second meeting is 2 weeks before the wedding). Unlimited email correspondence for all your day-to-day questions. We review all the vendors contracts to make sure you are well taken care of. We also check in weekly with a phone call to review wedding details and task lists. -$2,500
Wedding Weekend Planning - Also known as 'Day-Of Coordination', this is great for brides who want to plan the entire wedding and then The Hardin House will take over all the details you've put together once we are closer to the wedding. We meet approximately 2 to 3 weeks before the wedding and get all the information we need to manage the ceremony rehearsal and the wedding day. - $975 (additional $150 ceremony + reception are at different locations)
Package Add ons
Consultations - You might not need a full service planner, but (trust us) you do need help! Hourly rate, no pressure, all about you. We can answer any questions you have + give you all the info you need to plan your event or wedding! - $75 per hour
Bridal Assistant - Our bridal assistant will join the bride + bridesmaids the morning of the wedding. She will be there for all needs of the bridal party, which may include things like steaming dresses, fetching lipstick, help getting the girls dressed, coordinate lunch, work with photographers + videographers on capturing “before ceremony” photos and keep all girls/vendors on timeline. The assistant will also stay in contact with the lead coordinator at venue. $350
As your florist, we promise to make sure everything is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing for you, the camera and for your guests.
